Paula Pride, Certified Fitness Trainer Natural health and fitness has been an integral part of my life for over 20 years. Most recently, I completed studies through the International Sports Science Association to be a Certified Fitness Trainer but I began applying my interests in the fitness field many years ago. I began studying kinesiology (the study of human movement) at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, in 1987. I worked in the health care and fitness industry beginning as a YMCA certified aerobics instructor and as an assistant manager at a woman's gym while still at university. After graduating, I worked as a chiropractic assistant for 6 years, studied laser acupuncture, shiatsu and lymphatic massage, reflexology, homeopathy, reiki, aromatherapy, and Touch for Health (specialized kinesiology). I look forward to designing a program to suit your needs so that you may begin to achieve your ideal balance. FIND YOUR BALANCE "People today are more conscious than ever of the impact that diet and exercise (or a lack of it) can have on their health and level of fitness. Exercise, in fact, may be the most effective natural, preventive medicine around." www.vitaminstuff.com If your body wears out, where are you going to live?
