Physical Balance
Physical fitness is a necessity for good health especially as we age. I offer programs that will establish an integrated fitness lifestyle through cardio and resistance training; efficient programs that are easily incorporated at home, or at a gym, without being intimidating or extremely time consuming.
Bilateral body balancing is extremely beneficial for everyone and can help with a variety of physical issues. We almost all have an unequal distribution of weight or strength in our body which sets us up for failure, injury, or reinjury in many categories. I assess clients individually and assign exercises to strengthen the body, improve posture, increase flexibility, accelerate healing of injury, and reduce muscular pain.
Nutritional Balance
Simple, yet extremely effective science based nutritional and supplemental suggestions, relating to the fitness programs are strongly encouraged for optimal results. Learn how to fuel yourself properly for your daily requirements.
Energetic Balance
Products that help increase energy, decrease pain, improve sleep, cellular detoxification and repair, and appetite control that utilize the principles of Oriental medicine, homeopathy, and acupressure to gently stimulate points on the body that have been used to balance and improve the flow of energy in the human body for thousands of years.
